Self-Care Series
In this webinar, Matthew Hayes shares his journey of overcoming depression and stresses that self-care is essential, not a luxury. Emphasizing self-care as a necessity for well-being, particularly in high-stress fields like education, he introduces accessible, practical strategies, such as the STOP technique, to help people nurture their physical, mental, and emotional health. Hayes underscores self-awareness, boundary-setting, and forgiveness as key components of self-care, while encouraging listeners to create a personalized self-care plan to prioritize their well-being and avoid life’s common regrets.
